We had a great day today, enjoying Marina's very first horse show! She was very excited about the show and rode very well today. Butterscotch gave her some trouble during the judging, but Marina handled herself well and was persistent in getting Butterscotch to follow her commands. It was a pretty small show, which was perfect for her first one! She was thrilled with the ribbons she won today and they have found a special place in her room! The classes she rode in today were very small (just 3 people) but Marina won 3rd place in two classes and 2nd place in one class. Not a bad start for someone who has just been riding 12 weeks! We were very proud of her and she is anxious for the next show! Here are lots of pictures from today....
