I do not normally do this, but today I am feeling led to share this information with you. There is a picture below of an 8 year old boy in Kenya. Alexander has a congenital heart defect and needs surgery....now. The cost of surgery is $8,303. His family makes $13.70 a month, which has to feed and care for 5 people.
