As hard as it is to believe, it was exactly 3 years ago today that we stood in front of the judge in court in Krasnoyarsk, Russia and were declared parents of our beautiful, precious Marina! I can’t believe it could have possibly been 3 years ago already! We have been abundantly blessed!!!
We are going to have a small celebration tonight in Marina’s honor. She chose to have cake, and picked out triple chocolate fudge cake with chocolate frosting! Wow! We have a gift for her to open this evening and we will all watch her Russia video tonight. Marina wanted to celebrate her special day by going to the beach, so we will spend a fun day at the beach tomorrow!
I will post some pictures of her adoption day in a day or two. But for now, I’m just going to give my daughter an extra hug and enjoy having the complete honor of being her mommy!!!
