We've started to do as much packing now as we can, which really means packing the items that we are taking over for gifts and donations, as well as clothes, shoes and necessary items for Alexander. Since the rest of us will need to pack clothes that we are wearing now, I will be in for a lot of last minute laundry before we go!
The large suitcase and duffle bag (which will be left in Russia) are gifts and donations for the orphanage and our facilitators. Everything else is stuff for Alexander.
We are still waiting on our visas (and passports!) but I was assured by our travel agent that they will be Fed Ex'd to us for arrival on April 19th......exactly ONE day before we leave. We will surely breathe a bit easier when that Fed Ex truck arrives at our house on the 19th!

Sure am happy that "Big Blue" will find a new home! Maybe the Brighton dust will get blown off by the time it reaches Kras.

"Big Blue" has traveled quite a lot. It went to the Caribbean with us and will now travel to Russia. God speed to all of you and we can't wait to meet that little guy. We love you all very much.
